Q: What is the deadline for placing orders?
A: Orders must be placed by 7:30am the day you want your meal. (Example: Monday's lunch must be ordered by Monday at 7:30am.)

Q: What is the price for each meal?
A: The price of a Regular Meal is $6.50, and the price of a Large meal is $7.50. Milk is an a la carte item for $0.50.

Q: What if my child has a dietary restriction or allergy?

A: Aqua Terra kids! will accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and other allergen lunches. Simply click the box under the a la carte item indicating ‘Vegetarian’ or ‘Dietary Restriction/Allergy’. Follow up with an email to kids@aquaterraculinary.com to inform us of what the restriction is. We then create a small card with your child’s name and restriction to place on their tray to ensure that each staff member is aware of the restriction. This also eliminates the need for you to notify us repeatedly, we reuse it every time your child appears on our daily lunch list.

We do not use nuts in ANY of our school lunch menu items, however, we do use them in our facility for catering events and cannot guarantee no cross contamination will occur. That said, we go to every precaution to make sure this does not happen and have not had an incident to date.

Q: Can I order only milk for my child?

A: Yes. Go to the ordering calendar, select ‘Milk’ under the a la carte menu for the days you’d like your child to have milk. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Add to Cart’. Continue through the prompts to complete payment and have your child come to the kitchen to get their milk at lunch time.

Q: Can I cancel a meal once the order has been placed?
A: Meals can be cancelled until 7:30am the day for which the meals were ordered. After the 7:30am all sales are final. (Example: Monday's lunch must be cancelled by Monday at 7:30am)


Q: How do I cancel a meal?
A: To cancel a meal, log in to your account. On the main page there is a "Meals Ordered" section where you will see a link that says "cancel" next to the days for which you have ordered. Click on this link and confirm that you would like to cancel this meal. A credit for the value of the meal(s) will be added to your account.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We have a "No Refund Policy". Cancelled meals will result in a credit on your school lunch account. This credit will automatically be applied to your next order.

Q: What if I have children in multiple grades?
A: When you add children to your account make sure you select the right grade for each child.

Q: What happens if I my child is sick?
A: If your child is out sick, you must cancel your meal by 7:30am, as all sales are final after that.

Q: What are the drink options with the meals?
A: You may add an 8 oz 1% milk to your order for $0.50. It is listed as an a la carte item.


Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party. All personal information will be kept confidential. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.
